Supportive Housing – Hope Street team are based at Brisbane Common Ground. Each element of Supportive Housing, from building to support service design, aims to create the greatest degree of empowerment and independence for people.
As a Tenant Service Worker work as part of a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team to provide support to tenants of Brisbane Common Ground.
This is a permanent part time opportunity, with conditions and salary at Level 2 of the SCHADS Award.
To be considered for this role, you will have a relevant certificate, diploma or tertiary qualification and extensive experience, or a combination of experience, expertise, and competence.
Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high-volume work environment, interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills, and IT competencies, and a positive attitude are also essential for this role.
