Micah Projects provides a range of support and advocacy services to individuals and families.

The Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Team develop, design, and manage internal and external communications for Micah Projects, including both traditional and digital communications. They assist across the organisation to coordinate major events, and work collaboratively with the community, businesses, schools, and philanthropists who share our vision to create equity and social justice.

How you will make a Difference:

As the Volunteer and Donations Coordinator you will engage and develop volunteering and donation partnerships and programs with the community aligned with the guiding principles and values of Micah Projects.

This opportunity is available either on a full time or part time basis (minimum of 30.4 hours per week), paid in line with SCHADS Level 3 or 4 dependent on qualifications and experience.

You will have experience recruiting volunteers and volunteer management. You’ll need experience in proactive community engagement and partnership development in working matching volunteers with needs and supporting volunteers in a community organisation.

The role is ideal for a person with strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills, and demonstrated cultural competence especially engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and volunteers.
