Skylight is looking to recruit a Team Leader, the role is classified as SACS Level 6 and 0.8-1.0fte. The role is based at Skylight metropolitan sites with integrated working from home arrangements.

Skylight currently delivers services across a range of sites in South Australia in line with strategic business goals through block funding, NDIS revenue streams, sponsorship and fee for service income. The Team Leader will hold an integral leadership role within Skylight Service Delivery team, working under the limited direction of a Manager – Service Delivery, and working closely with other team members to enhance the provision of quality services and contribute to organisational improvements. The Team Leader will oversee operation and service delivery across specific service focus areas across Skylight.

The successful applicant will have:

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Disability, business development or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to provide support and supervising a diverse staff team
  • Strong management capability to monitor and manage performance against targets
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of quality management processes and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise accordingly
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing new programs/initiatives
  • Experience in developing and diversifying the business for strategic and financial growth
  • Experience in leading support workers in line with the psychosocial recovery framework
