We are seeking a self-motivated Board Secretary for a permanent full time opportunity in the Burnley area with work from home options. You will deliver meeting coordination, board and committee agenda and minute’s preparation and Director liaison, as well as provide administrative support to Board members and the Executive Assistant of the CEO. For Mind Australia and its subsidiaries, you will provide support for organisational governance, and act as the contact point for board related matters for the Mind CEO and Executive.
