About the role 

The Commercial Operations team supports Mind Australia’s Residential and Fee For Service lines of business by ensuring business systems and processes support effective and sustainable operational service delivery and revenue collection across a number of funding streams.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Operations Assistant for a permanent fulltime opportunity in the Burnley area. You will assist in providing accurate and timely administration of NDIS service agreements and billing to support the Commercial Operations team. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality support to our clients and maintain financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy and timely administration of NDIS service agreements and billing
  • Creation and maintenance of NDIS and other Fee for Service client journeys in the Client Information Management system.
  • Monitor the Team inbox and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the continuation of services for participants.
  • Engaging with a range of stakeholders including Practitioners, Customer Service Centre, and Plan Managers to administer plans and agreements.

What you’ll bring

  • Related experience in administration, business, or similar field as designated by Mind, or demonstrated experience in an equivalent role.
  • Working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook experience.
