The Adult Prevention and Recovery Care service (APARC) is a residential program providing services to clients aged between 16 - 65 years which utilises a recovery focused, clinical treatment framework. APARC is designed as a ‘step up, step down’ program for people with mental illness who require individualised treatment and support entering either directly from the community or as a transition from acute inpatient care.
We are seeking an experienced permanent, part time (15 hours per week) Community Mental Health Practitioner to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including some weekend, sleepover and active night shifts in the Golden Square/ Bendigo area. You will provide short term intensive treatment and support to our clients, families and carers in line with Mind’s Model of Recovery Oriented Practice.
