The Housing & Accommodation Support Partnership/Supported Independent Living (HASP/SIL) program is a residential service designed for people living with severe and enduring psychosocial disability. SIL/HASP staff work collaboratively with clients to provide tailored 1:1 support, shared supports and group activities based on strengths and goals identified in an individual’s recovery plan. Services promote greater self-management of mental health, enhance personal and daily living skills, create meaningful social and community connections, strengthen relationships with families and friends, and build confidence and capacity to live independently.
We are seeking compassionate, resilient Community Mental Health Practitioners for casual opportunities to work alongside a dynamic team on a 24/7 rotating roster in the Burnside area. You will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve their wellbeing goals, develop daily living skills, strengthen social and community connections, enhance support networks and build capacity to live independently.
