The Adult Prevention and Recovery Care service (APARC) is a residential program providing services to clients aged between 16 - 65 years which utilises a recovery-focused, clinical treatment framework. APARC is designed as a ‘step up, step down’ program for people with mental illness who require individualised treatment and support when entering either from the community or transitioning from acute inpatient care.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner - Team Leader for a permanent, full time opportunity in the Heidelberg area. Guiding and managing a dedicated, supportive team you will act as the practice lead to ensure delivery of quality recovery oriented services to our complex care residents.
