Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) is a strengths focused, recovery-orientated residential service that supports young people aged between 16-25 years recovering from a disability associated with a psychiatric condition for up to 12 months. In a safe home-like environment, the service provides clients individual and group based supports that build resilience, develop life skills, enhance social connections, enable access to community networks and promote a greater sense of being able to make sound decisions. Young people benefit from sharing their experiences and recovery journeys whilst growing their confidence, capacity and skills to live independently in the community.
We are seeking self-motivated, compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioners in the Albury Wodonga area. You will deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented care to support young people to build capacity and life skills, develop support networks, strengthen relationships with family and friends, live independently and achieve wellbeing goals.
