The Complex Care specialist Allied Health service delivers assessment, intervention, therapy, training, capacity building and coordination. A whole of life and systems approach is applied and is supported by Minds’ Dual Disability Framework, recovery oriented practice and Trauma Informed Model of Care.
We have a permanent, full time opportunity for a motivated Complex Care Clinician - Occupational Therapy to provide allied health specific and transdisciplinary clinical services to customers with mental health related disability, dual disability and/or complex care needs. Working from home or based in Ipswich, with travel in the surrounding area, this OT will utilise expertise in delivering meaningful client-focused outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to a person-centred approach in providing NDIS and private therapy services.
