We are seeking a compassionate, resilient Peer Practitioner for a fixed-term full-time opportunity to work alongside the National Psycho-Social Program (NPSP) team in Adelaide. You will utilise your lived experience of mental ill health to deliver positive person-centred, recovery-orientated services to clients to enhance life skills, develop connections in the community and live independently.
The National Psycho Social Program (NPSP) is a service delivered in partnership with Neami National, Life Without Barriers, Mind Australia, Mission Australia and Skylight Mental Health supporting individuals with mental health issues within a recovery framework that is focused on strengths and capabilities. NPSP supports clients to develop a lifestyle that has meaning and value, encourages participation in the community, tools to reduce social isolation, enhances independent living skills and establish connections with essential support networks.
