  • Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and processing invoices.
  • Help produce campaign materials for pitches and proposals and conduct research on potential partnerships.
  • Maintain and organise campaign documentation in SharePoint, ensuring files and correspondence are up to date.
  • Manage supporter records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and keeping contact details current.

Requirements for Success

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a solid understanding of marketing principles and tools being advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, effectively managing relationships with multiple high-level stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up on key issues.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
