Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Officer. This hybrid opportunity offers a blend of working from the Sydney CBD office three days a week and remotely from home two days per week.

As the Executive Officer you will provide crucial support to our CEO and Executive Strategy and Engagement. Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and managing calendar of national events and forums coordinating board submissions and reports and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive Mission Australia's strategy forward.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and produce a range of correspondence including presentations submissions and reports.
• Coordinate and manage executive committees and forums to ensure effective governance and operation on behalf of the CEO.
• Design plan and organise key events such as the CEO Leadership Forum.
• Support the efficient running of the office through collaboration, coordination, and administration.
• Undertake research, assemble, and analyse data to prepare reports, presentations, and papers as requested.

Requirements for Success

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong and respectful relationships at all levels proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leaders.
• Proven experience in executive committee management, event planning and managing special projects.
• Ideally Tertiary qualifications in Business or relevant discipline.
• A genuine passion for making a difference and a positive impact in the world.
