Your Opportunity

This exciting new role involves analysing, coordinating, and directing the seamless integration of this cutting-edge time and attendance management system. Collaborating with vendors, SMEs, and various departments, you will ensure alignment with existing systems, adhere to IT best practices, and meet enterprise agreement requirements.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Leading multiple activities with cross-organisational teams, driving successful completion in accordance with time, cost and quality parameters
  • Risk and Issue Management is conducted effectively throughout the Project
  • Provide regular status reports to relevant governance forums (Executive Committee, Steering Committee, Portfolio Governance Forums, Project Working Groups)
  • Analyse input from a number of collaborators including Community Services, Corporate Services, IT, Finance, other MA stakeholders as required and external vendors
  • Facilitating multi-disciplinary internal working groups including representatives from dependant projects
  • Managing engagement with external partners, ensuring deliverables are received as per contract
  • Understanding the key expectations and concerns of each of the stakeholders groups, and conducting activities to ensure expectations are managed and communicated

Requirements for Success

  • At least 5 years project management working across Technology projects
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in an IT or business-related discipline
  • Broad understanding of HCM, Payroll and Time and Attendance systems
  • Strong relationship management with the ability to build sustainable genuine stakeholder relationships
  • Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Results oriented with ability to deliver results in a controlled and effective manner while consistently applying Mission Australia's values
  • Knowledge and experience working with Waterfall and Agile/Iterative type methodologies
  • Previous experience implementing HCM, Payroll and Time and Attendance Systems would be highly desirable

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
