Your Opportunity

Our EPMO Team has a new opportunity for you to join us as a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic business initiatives from inception to completion. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving transformative change across various business divisions.

The successful candidate will be adept at identifying and mitigating project risks, managing change effectively, and mentoring business managers to ensure they adhere to project frameworks and achieve successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop key project management deliverables (including but not limited to project management plan, quality plan, project scope and RACIs)
  • Lead project through the planning and development of the properties
  • Define and implement project governance and management forums, define agenda and ensure meetings and key decisions are minuted effectively
  • Lead the business, project team members, external consultants, and other relevant parties in project management and delivery governance, methodologies, processes, etc to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are appropriately reviewed, approved and signed off
  • Whilst taking overall joint responsibility with the Business Leads for the successful delivery of the project, manage all other components of the project (resources, technical deliverables, etc.
  • Financial / Business analysis. Manage and undertake business and financial analysis and modelling as required
  • Conduct audit and risk management assessments and ensure that any risks identified are reported and mitigated appropriately
  • Baseline project scope and formally manage proposed changes, including the development of impact assessments and appropriate approval processes and delegations prior to incorporating in project scope and plan

Requirements for Success

  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management with relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary and complex projects
  • Experience in managing large government tenders and/or project financing would be well regarded
  • Experience in Project Management or exposure to infrastructure or property development projects
  • Significant and demonstrated experience in project managing business components of multiple implementations
  • Excellent client/stakeholder liaison skills in controlling the planning and implementation of multiple projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Skill to negotiate at all levels with the ability to build strong partnerships across business units and external stakeholders
  • Broad understanding and exposure to various project methodologies
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects or programs of work with time constraints and often operating in ambiguity
