Your Opportunity

Are you ready to lead projects that deliver meaningful outcomes? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to take charge of key technology and business projects, driving innovative solutions and improvements.

This role involves managing the delivery of technology initiatives while analysing and optimising business processes to achieve successful results. You'll work on exciting projects such as overseeing technology development, documenting business requirements, evaluating vendor solutions, and developing strategic roadmaps to inform future improvements.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Apply methodologies and frameworks to ensure orderly and controlled project delivery, while managing stakeholders and aligning expectations.
• Effectively manage risks, issues, and changes to scope, ensuring the project stays on track and within budget.
• Create clear and compelling business requirements artifacts, including user personas, user stories, journey maps, and process maps.
• Engage stakeholders and analyse input from internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Research, compare, and evaluate vendor solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and recommending the most suitable options.
• Coordinate the development of solution roadmaps and shape future IT projects through business case development and solution planning.

Requirements for Success

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or business, with at least 5 years of project management experience, particularly in technology projects and multi-stakeholder service delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of management information systems (CRM, ERP), IT systems integration, data management, and business workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies, with experience in requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, streamline, and improve business processes while leveraging out-of-the-box functionality to drive results.
• Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2), Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP), change management certification, and line management experience.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
