Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving meaningful impact through strategic fundraising? Join Mission Australia as our Regular Giving Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious Individual Giving growth strategy.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the development and execution of our regular giving portfolio, delivering on annual business plans that maximise RG engagement and lifetime value. By combining your expertise in data-driven acquisition, and with a strong focus on retention, you'll help ensure Mission Australia's fundraising income growth supports vital programs and services to transform lives across the nation.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement the Regular Giving strategic fundraising plan
  • Lead and manage multi-channel acquisition and retention programs, ensuring the delivery of strategic goals, program objectives and budgets.
  • Oversee the delivery of Regular Giving campaigns, utilising evolving CRM, marketing automation and reporting technology.
  • Direct supporter journey pathways for new and active regular givers, driving engagement and growth through innovative initiatives and content.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and oversee productive management of suppliers and agencies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance against KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, and conduct detailed pre- and post-campaign analyses to report results and inform strategy.
  • Lead, support, and develop the RG team, fostering an innovative culture while promoting professional growth opportunities.

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing a regular giving program for a charity or NFP, with experience in face-to-face, telemarketing and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated understanding of fundraising strategy and ability to adapt approach to consistently achieve financial targets.
  • Advanced skills in fundraising CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data analytics to drive decision-making and optimise results.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external partners.
  • A deep understanding of donor segmentation, targeting and engagement strategies, paired with strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical capabilities.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
