MOCS is a social justice organisation that supports children, young people and families through various programs/activities. Join our dynamic team to lead its outreach work and pre-casework service.

This role's purpose includes:

• Providing robust, integrated, evidence-based services at MOCS that support families, children, and young people to enhance their resilience and engagement with government and community support and expand personal capacity, independence, and empowerment.
• Working within a trauma-informed and strength-based service model to support the needs of vulnerable families, children and young people who participate in MOCS programs and activities.
• Applying social work methodologies to support MOCS participants' well-being and address social determinants of health.
