About the Role - Disability Leaving Care Advisor

The Disability Leaving Care Advisor role will be focused on building relationships with stakeholders to prioritise leaving care planning for young people who have, or may have a disability, to ensure that these plans; are developed with the young person's care team; are comprehensive and detail the supports a young person requires to transition from care, and are aligned with the young person's goals and aspirations.

  • earlier identification and assessment of young people with a disability or suspected disability, and;
  • interagency clarity between Child Protection, Better Futures and NDIS.

Salary range (excluding Super) is negotiable between $88,761.92 and $92,773.20 depending on experience and skill set of candidates. Generous salary packaging provisions also apply.
