The People and Culture Manager is a new position and will be responsible for managing the HR operational services for the team at Moonlit Sanctuary which includes providing leaders with expert HR advice on a wide range of HR areas. The role manages the recruitment and performance management processes, staff wellbeing, overseas safety systems, learning & development initiatives, workforce planning and employee/industrial relations.
