About Us:

MS Plus has been operating for more than 65 years, helping people living with multiple sclerosis live well – in VIC, TAS NSW, and the ACT. We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across different platforms while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Balancing creative innovation with strategic objectives to ensure campaigns align with MS Plus’s mission and goals.
  • Keeping up to date with the rapidly changing landscape of social media trends and tools.
  • Measuring and analysing campaign performance accurately to optimise future efforts.
  • Handling constructive feedback and revisions efficiently to improve campaign assets.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all visual and written content.
  • Navigating the diverse expectations and requirements of various stakeholders.
  • Maintaining high engagement levels and positive interactions across social media channels.
  • Adapting to sudden changes in campaign direction or organisational priorities.
  • Managing budget constraints while striving to maximise the impact of each campaign.

To thrive in this role, you need to be:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in social media and marketing roles.
  • Excellent content writing and editorial skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design with experience using Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools; familiarity with leading social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Passionate about creativity and design.
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What we are offering:

  • Permanent Full-Time providing stability and opportunity for growth.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement, adhere to standard office hours while enjoying a hybrid work model, including the option to work remotely for two days a week. Occasional after-hours and weekend commitments are required to support and oversee the events schedule.
