Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager – Philanthropy this accountable role will drive revenue through building and maintaining strong relationship with high-net-worth donors as well as identifying prospective donors and philanthropic opportunities. You will be accountable for the solicitation of gifts, the cultivation and stewardship of a portfolio of individual donors giving at a high value, and for managing the associated reporting and administration.
Your delivery of high touch, creative and bespoke relationship focused fundraising activities will strengthen a journey of change within the Philanthropy team. Along with a transformation of our systems and processes at MSFA, this role will contribute to a change of a more propositional focus with our donors.
In addition to supporting the Philanthropy team with the development and execution of strategy and you will also contribute to projects, and work collaboratively with the broader Engagement department to ensure the effective delivery of fundraising targets and initiatives.
As a donor facing fundraiser, you will be known for your confidence in speaking with donors and your personal hunger for delivering fundraising targets. You will be motivated by developing your career in fundraising and being a part of a global humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate:
