Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. Reporting to the Regular Giving Manager this key relationship-based role will ensure the day-to-day management of MSF Australia and MSF New Zealand’s regular giving programs with a strong focus on lead generation campaigns (including digital), integrated donor journeys and telemarketing.
You will proactively develop relationship with internal stakeholders and a portfolio of external suppliers to deliver high quality acquisition and retention activities across multiple channels including telemarketing, digital, SMS and email.
Accountabilities will also include collaborating closely with the Digital Team to deliver marketing automation and lead generation for regular giving; contribute to the design of growth strategies; regular reporting; involvement with annual planning and the budgeting process.
To be successful in this crucial role you will be known for your natural flair for account management and your ability to exceed ambitious income targets. You will be motivated by developing your career in fundraising and joining a humanitarian aid organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate:
