Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager this inbound phone based customer donor service and data entry role is responsible for critical donor facing and administrative tasks to support the MSF fundraising ream and assist our current and potential donors. Collectively the Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.
