At MSWA, our purpose is clear: to empower Western Australians with neurological conditions to live their best lives. As we embark on an exciting phase of strategic transformation, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s just as passionate about this journey as we are!
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of MSWA’s transformation and process improvement initiatives. You’ll capture essential requirements, co-design improved processes, and partner with teams to build solutions that impact our clients and community.
You’re an experienced Business Analyst with a proven background in transformation and process improvement. You bring a wealth of experience and are ready to make an impact.
You are skilled in driving process improvements and business redesign, with experience collaborating with external partners. Your proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence coupled with a formal Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA) and/or Lean Six Sigma for process improvement.
Experience with Service Design/Blueprinting, understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, and knowledge of the not-for-profit/NDIS sector will give you the edge.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer generous salary packaging options—currently up to $18,500 can be packaged to cover living expenses, mortgage payments, or car leasing, meaning you pay less tax on your income! We also offer generous leave policies, discounts with major retailers, and the opportunity to do challenging and rewarding work every day.
Above all, you’ll be part of MSWA’s purpose to empower Western Australians living with neurological conditions to live their best lives.
Sound good? Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you! Need assistance with your application? Drop us a line at [email protected] using the subject line: Business Analyst enquiry via EthicalJobs.
