Testament to this, our new Albany centre will provide the region with accommodation for Clients with high care needs, plus a range of services including Allied Health and in-home support across the community.

We can’t do it alone. We are building a strong local team from the ground up and are seeking a suitably experienced Supported Accommodation Manager to provide positive and supportive leadership to a team dedicated to providing quality care and support for our clients. Our ten-unit facility provides 24/7 support for high care clients with disabilities due to neurological conditions.

If you are passionate about making a real difference, and have demonstrated experience in a similar setting, this position will suit you. Your prior experience in neurological care and/or with the NDIS would be put to great use!

With an opening date in March next year, we are keen you join us in this key position as early as possible so we can provide the necessary training and induction. You’ll be able to shape our service offering and help select your team – you may even know a few people you’d like to bring with you! There may be a requirement to spend some time in Perth as part of that training and orientation, which MSWA will happily fund!
