About the Role

As Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Aged Care and Disability Services Team. Providing critical support to multiple team members across a range of Aged Care and Disability programs.

The role requires a positive and compassionate attitude along with impeccable time management, attention to detail and organisational skills. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who enjoys working autonomously and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring business operations run efficiently and smoothly. You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
  • Manage requests, concerns and enquiries
  • Prepare consumer documentation (such as admission and discharge files for Consumers)
  • Assist in reporting and data entry
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as required

Selection Criteria

  • Qualifications in Business Administration and/or 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience working with a highly diverse team, exhibiting a holistic approach to the delivery of service through working harmoniously and constructively in a team setting
  • Demonstrated well developed time management and organisational skills with the capacity to work effectively within tight time constraints
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of TRACCS (preferred) or similar client management system and DocuSign eSignature software (advantageous)
  • Highly developed computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional level of detail and accuracy

Mandatory Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Disability Services (Yellow Card Exemption)
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • National Police Check (undertaken within the last 2 years)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (or approved exemption)
  • Right to Work in Australia evidence
