About the role

NAAJA is seeking a Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our Central Australia team. The CSO will work alongside NAAJA’s Civil law team, to support people and their families navigate civil matters including police accountability, child protection, adult guardianship, consumer, discrimination, tenancy, social security and victims of crime assistance claims.

Based in NAAJA Alice Springs office, the right candidate will have:

• A commitment to providing access to justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
• Experience in providing administrative support.
• The ability to work well in a busy team environment providing good organisational skills.

What we offer

• Salary of $72,957 to $75,703 depending experience.
• Remote area allowance
• Option to Salary Package up to $18,000 per year tax free
• 6 weeks annual leave
