Helpdesk Support Officer - Legal Technologies

Community Legal Centres Australia is the national peak organisation representing more than 160 community legal services in Australia. Community legal services provide high-quality, free legal and related services to people and communities experiencing financial hardship or other barriers, such as violence, intersectional disadvantage, and discrimination. We help people and communities improve access to justice.

This job is for someone with proven helpdesk skills and previous experience in the legal sector working with legal technology suites is highly desirable. They would have the aptitude to apply their sound problem-solving skills to the pursuit of social justice for people experiencing disadvantage.

You will be experienced with using with the Microsoft 365 suite and have knowledge of Confluence and Jira or equivalent knowledge base or helpdesk ticketing systems. You will assist with positioning the community legal centre movement to meet the information, communications and data technology (ICDT) challenges of the next decade so that we can continue to fight for social justice and human rights.
