The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards our vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
Since our inception in 1994, NBCF has invested over $200 million into more than 600 world-class research projects across Australia. In this time, death rate from breast cancer in Australia has reduced by 40%.
We've seen remarkable results, but the job's not done.
At NBCF, we’re determined to create a better tomorrow. We know research matters, and it is central and critical to improving breast cancer outcomes. That’s why we fund the very best breast cancer research in Australia by awarding grants via an open national, competitive, and rigorous peer review process.
With a highly talented and committed team, and an enviable reputation, NBCF is well positioned to achieve even greater outcomes over the coming years and change the future for all those diagnosed with breast cancer.
The Community Fundraising Coordinator plays a key role in the Community Fundraising Sports portfolio working on mass peer 2 peer campaigns, The 57 Squat Challenge and Step Up to Breast Cancer, along with supporting our 3rd party general events. The role will lead answering all sports community fundraiser enquiries, and implementation of fundraiser communications once a fundraiser has registered.
Are you someone who thrives on connecting with, and building relationships with fundraisers within a dynamic team environment? Are you motivated to join an organisation striving to make a genuine impact to the lives of thousands of Australians?
Now is an exciting time to join our high-performing, committed, and incredibly friendly team in a key support role. If you are a self-starter with high professional standards, uncompromising integrity, and an open and curious mind, then we’d love to hear from you.
Join a well-recognised, national health charity and support an industry-leading community fundraising portfolio. Working in a small but dedicated team environment, you’ll be supporting inspiring members of the NBCF fundraising community to achieve fitness based challenges, events and goals all while raising funds to support world-class breast cancer research and achieving our mission of reaching Zero Deaths from breast cancer.
NBCF is located in a superb new office in the heart of the Sydney CBD. We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment and a competitive remuneration package including generous not for profit salary packaging benefits. We pride ourselves on our positive, professional and caring culture, with genuine career development opportunities available. NBCF is committed to meaningful equity and diversity and strongly encourage people from a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
