Our Nursing Administration is seeking to engage a qualified Nurse Manager. This is an opportunity to further develop your leadership and management skills in a supportive environment. The Nurse Manager will oversee the provision of safe and effective patient flow using innovative practices in bed management.
In this position, you will ensure the effective patient care coordination across the facility through a whole of hospital approach. The Nurse / Midwife Manager will actively engaged in facility-based initiatives and NSW Health Strategies that contribute towards meeting key performance targets and ensuring timely access to patient care. This position also leads the coordination of patient flow, assess critical situations, and initiate contingency plans.
