About us:

Ngaanyatjarra Services is an incorporated not-for-profit Aboriginal organisation delivering a range of services to Aboriginal Communities throughout the Goldfields and Central Reserves Region. 

The Essential Services division is primarily concerned with the delivery of maintenance and construction services for mains power, water, and sewage services to these communities.

About the Opportunity

Currently, Ngaanyatjarra Services has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Administration and Reconciliation Clerk to join the team based in the Perth Office.

Working under the direction of the Essential Services Administration Manager, the role of the Administration and Reconciliation Clerk is to assist the team with job costing, job reporting and administration support. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining job listings in a database.
  • Providing administrative support to the Essential Services team.
  • Processing incoming job work sheets and preparing client invoices.
  • Converting Job Sheets to invoices.
  • Compiling job estimates for clients approval.
  • Identify parts using an electronic catalogue.
  • Completion of general reports and documents as directed by the assistant manager.
  • Work collaboratively with trades and administration staff.
  • Costing relevant jobs.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Good understanding of trades operations.
  • Strong data entry processing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience using job tracking and reporting software.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with costing jobs.
