The National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established to increase understanding of child sexual abuse, promote effective ways of protecting children, and guide ways to support children and adults who have experienced child sexual abuse.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating generational change for victims and survivors of child sexual abuse.
The position will be instrumental in designing learning programs to build and strengthen capability. It involves leveraging technology to create accessible, engaging and interactive online learning experiences and various blended learning initiatives.
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled collaborator who can work closely with subject matters experts, colleagues, partners and stakeholders to create cutting edge professional learning experiences and resources. The role will work with the Practice Development and Training Manager to oversee the deployment and ongoing operation of the Learning Management System.
You would be part of a multidisciplinary and dedicated team who work on diverse projects across knowledge translation, adaptation or design of evidence-informed practice and resource guides, frameworks, and training materials and implementation planning and support.

This position attracts a base salary of $90k + laptop and accessories + superannuation + salary packaging + the flexibility of working remotely full time.
The salary for this position is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and qualifications.
