This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating generational change for victims and survivors of child sexual abuse. The role will be instrumental in designing, developing and delivering professional learning initiatives aimed at enhancing the capability of practitioners and stakeholders in responding to child sexual abuse.
Your practice experience combined with your training and learning expertise, will drive the development, coordination, and facilitation of online and tailored professional learning programs for a broad range of human services workforces alongside a small, passionate and driven team.
We are looking for a creative, flexible and confident educator and collaborator with a good understanding of trauma and trauma informed approaches, and experience and skills in content development and e-learning. You’re great with people, can work closely with SME’s, partners and stakeholders with strong project management capability.

This position attracts a base salary of up to $110k + laptop and accessories + superannuation + salary packaging + the flexibility of working remotely full time.
The salary for this position is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and qualifications.
