About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating generational change for victims and survivors of child sexual abuse. The role will be instrumental in designing, developing and delivering professional learning initiatives aimed at enhancing the capability of practitioners and stakeholders in responding to child sexual abuse.

Your practice experience combined with your training and learning expertise, will drive the development, coordination, and facilitation of online and tailored professional learning programs for a broad range of human services workforces alongside a small, passionate and driven team.

About You

We are looking for a creative, flexible and confident educator and collaborator with a good understanding of trauma and trauma informed approaches, and experience and skills in content development and e-learning. You’re great with people, can work closely with SME’s, partners and stakeholders with strong project management capability.

  • Relevant qualification and experience working in related human service areas such as child, sexual and family violence, child and family welfare or community services with an understanding of the needs of people impacted by trauma.
  • Qualification in Training and Assessment (equivalent to TAE40122) or willingness to complete the course or required upgrade.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience developing, delivering, facilitating and coordinating training and learning activities for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in writing and creating content for blended learning courses and packages including collaborating with content experts.
  • Proven project management skills, including managing multiple projects, prioritising competing deadlines, and applying quality assurance and evaluative processes.
  • Creative thinker with excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong collaborative partnerships.
  • Digitally savvy, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and agility in managing multiple priorities and delivering within timeframes.

Remuneration & Benefits

This position attracts a base salary of up to $110k + laptop and accessories + superannuation + salary packaging + the flexibility of working remotely full time.

The salary for this position is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and qualifications.
