The National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established to increase understanding of child sexual abuse, promote effective ways of protecting children, and guide ways to support children and adults who have experienced child sexual abuse.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating generational change for victims and survivors of child sexual abuse.
The Research Officer will support a range of activities related to the research program, including conducting reviews of academic, policy, and practice literature, developing ethics applications, undertaking qualitative and quantitative research activity, and supporting the translation and dissemination of outcomes.
This position is a parental leave position, fixed-term contract to December 2024.
We are looking for a values driven and skilled research officer, who has sound research skills, is a highly effective communicator and confident collaborator. You would be part of a multidisciplinary and dedicated team who work on diverse research and knowledge translation projects.

This position attracts a base salary of $85k + laptop and accessories + superannuation + salary packaging + the flexibility of working remotely full time.
The salary for this position is determined on the basis of the employee’s experience and qualifications.
