Northside Community Service is a non-profit organisation serving the community of North Canberra and beyond since 1976. Our comprehensive services include early education for children, youth programs, family support services, aged care support, housing initiatives, community development, outreach, and volunteer programs.
Northside has an opportunity for a Director (Aged Care) to join their team in Dickson on a Full-time, Permanent basis.
The Director (Aged Care) is entrusted to lead our Aged Care program in line with the strategic vision and in adherence to regulatory standards. In this capacity, the Director will ensure the consistent delivery of culturally inclusive services, placing a strong emphasis on ethical practices and continuous quality improvement. The role also necessitates fostering collaboration and innovation, thereby strengthening both internal and external partnerships. At the core of this leadership position is the commitment to prioritising the well-being of our clients.
