Position Overview: Director (Aged Care)

We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Director of Aged Care at our Dickson ACT location. The Director will lead our Aged Care program, aligning with our strategic vision and complying with regulatory standards. This role focuses on delivering culturally inclusive services, emphasising ethical practices, and driving continuous quality improvement. The position demands innovative leadership to foster collaboration and strengthen partnerships both internally and externally. A deep commitment to the well-being of our clients is essential.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Registration: Holding a professional registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Psychologist is highly advantageous.
  • Expertise in Aged Care: Demonstrated expertise in leading aged care services, with a particular focus on effectively serving diverse cultural and linguistic communities.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in environments characterised by trauma and vulnerability.
