About the Role:
- Full-time, 38 hours, 5 days per week
- Permanent role
The L&D Administration and Workshop Support Officer provides administrative assistance to the Learning and Development team for ongoing operations, strategic projects and workshop logistics.
This involves:
- Inbox administration.
- Customer service.
- Event support (including workshops, webinars, and representation at NDS events, where appropriate).
- Data Entry (CRM, EventsAir and Excel).
- Website and Social Media maintenance support.
- Workshop calendar management.
- Internal and external stakeholder communications and engagement are a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbox Maintenance and Customer Service
- Ensure that all enquires received by the NDS Learning and Development and ‘Let’s Talk Disability’ email inboxes are either actioned or delegated to relevant internal parties.
2. Event & Workshop Support
- Provide assistance to the LEN with travel arrangements, logistics and on the day workshop support. Pre and post event administration support. Queries are managed including coordinating attendee lists, and post event evaluation and reporting.
- Management of the workshop bookings and calendar on behalf of both the Training Specialist and Team Leader (LEN)
- Liaising with internal and external parties in relation to each event as required with particular focus on providing operational support to the L&D Training Specialist, and Team Lead (LEN).
- Ensure that NDS Learning, and Development events have the correct details displayed on the NDS website.
- Ensure that all pre and post event administration and record-keeping/reporting has been completed as per relevant processes and timelines.
- Ensure all post-event evaluations are received, and trends collated. Then provide this data to the L&D Training Coordinator.
3. Data Entry / Management
- Assist with data entry in relation to feedback data from learning and development events, event data, surveys, and payroll information for our team of casual presenters in the Lived Experience Network (LEN).
4. Digital Support and Maintenance
- Assistance with updating and generating content for the L&D Social Media Calendar
- For online events when requested, assistance with event tasks such as taking notes/minutes and monitoring chat windows.
- With support from Marketing and Comms, update the ‘Let’s Talk Disability’ website and NDS Learning and Development webpages with new content, images, news, and events as required.
- General maintenance and upkeep of the Let’s Talk Disability website and NDS - Learning and Development webpages to ensure it is free of errors and runs smoothly.
- Reporting any issues to the NDS Communications team.
Other Responsibilities (applicable for all NDS employees):
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by manager/supervisor from time to time Comply with NDS’s policies and procedures at all times, including (but not limited to) HR, Quality, Work Health & Safety (WHS), IT, Security, and Data Privacy.
