The Clinical Lead will provide support to address the clinical needs of consumers referred to the service following a suicide attempt or presentation in suicidal crisis, while they are simultaneously supported through the psychosocial, care-coordination arm of the service.
The Clinical Lead will draw on clinical skills to engage with consumers, the consumer's support team which may include other clinicians and specialists, Neami Community Care Coordinators and Lived Experience-Community Care Coordinators, the consumer's family, friends and carers to provide high quality evidence-based interventions to improve overall wellbeing and safety for consumers.
