  • Classification: SCHADS Level 3with a salary range of $71,215 - $76,353 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

As a CRSW in the HASI program you will possess some coaching and motivational interviewing skills. In the HASI Program, the CRSWs wil lwork within the context of the Collaborative Relational Practice(CRP) to support individuals along their recovery journey.

Through this process the CRSW will support consumers to identify their key strengths and personal values that will support them through an individual change process and through process will work with people to improve their physical health, access employment and education, undertake meaningful community participation, and develop social connections. Whilst providing this support to consumers, the CRSW will work to support consumers to recognise and develop their own skills, values and capacity.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrates self-awareness and ability to reflect and handle feedback well and learn from it
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and to prioritise multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust to deal with sensitive and difficult situations in a diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast paced, changing and agile environment.
  • Ability to establish respectful professional relationships that have clear boundaries with consumers, staff, and partner organisations.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of a diverse range of people and identifies changing needs within a group
