  • Full -Time Maximum Term Contract (Parental Leave Cover) Until 3 June 2025
  • Classification: SCHADS Level 6 with a salary range of $102,653 - $107,178 per annum pro rata + Superannuation
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year.
  • Location: Nationally, with the ability to work remote.

About your new role

As the Incident Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the consumer incidents portfolio and will be the subject matter expert for Incident Management reporting across the organisation. The role is responsible for providing expert advice, and guidance on incident management principles and maintaining quality processes to support the provision of accurate data across the organisation related to incident management.

The Incident Management Coordinator works with partnership with the Quality and Consumer Experience team and National Lead - Quality and Consumers Experience to ensure incident management practices across the organisation are consistent and accurate in line with the organisation requirements.

What you will bring to the role

  • Relevant experience and knowledge of quality systems in a Human Services setting, or transferrable skills gained in another role
  • Experience in the use of RiskMan or similar incident management system
  • High level verbal and written communication skills including the ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from a variety of cultural backgrounds and organisational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines (at times in a complex and pressured environment), while maintaining high attention to detail
