The Mental Health Clinical Support Coordinator will have a background in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Psychology. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues and are seeking support. A priority of the role is to connect people seamlessly to the most appropriate local service to meet their identified needs, consistent with the 'stepped care' approach.
You will work as part of a collaborative team approach, supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon their practice and access comprehensive training and supervision.
