The Position

The Property Officer role at Neami Group reports directly to the National Property Manager and is responsible for supporting the property leasing and management processes at Neami. Property and leasing processes support service managers and their staff to deliver quality property services in line with service delivery requirements and Neami values.

The Neami property portfolio includes up to 70 sites across the Neami Group nationally.

About the role:

  • Support the National Property Manager with property searches, lease/contract arrangements
  • Support the establishing new services in line with requirements
  • Supporting capital works requirement and providing ongoing support and maintenance for site managers to achieve desired property outcomes

About you:

  • Previous property management and leasing experience
  • An understanding of the implications of effective property management, data capture and reporting
  • Comprehensive administration skills to coordinate property management and associated processes
  • Technical knowledge of facility management operations and building legislation desired.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to support multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
  • Can do attitude and a willingness to streamline processes
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills
  • Support continuous improvement for property related tasks
  • Computer literacy particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Availability to travel may be required
