  • Part Time, Permanent Position 0.2FTE.
  • Classification: SCHADS Level 2 with a salary range of $63,706 - $69,516 per annum, pro rata + Superannuation.
  • Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year.
  • Location: Head Office Preston, VIC.

About your new role

The Receptionist position is responsible for ensuring an excellent 'front of house' experience to visitors and staff. The Receptionist will support and contribute to the high-quality services to staff by providing administrative support with excellent communication and great computer skills.

What you will bring to the role

  • Ability to work in a standalone front of house location.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to regularly deal with difficult enquiries.
  • Autonomous, pro-active and outcome driven worth ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with the ability to learn other systems and programs as required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines in a front of house environment.
