  • Classification: SCHADS Level 8 with a salary range of $120,457 to $125,180 per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

The Senior Service Manager is responsible for the establishment and ongoing operational oversight of the service. The Senior Service Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams to provide safe and effective, immediate, and short to medium term responses to adults or experiencing a crisis or significant distress.

To ensure success the Senior Service Manager will initiate, lead and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including with Public Mental Health Services, local government, community housing, and health and welfare providers, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers.

What you will bring to the role

  • Formal tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Social Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience working within a recovery-oriented service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and high-level written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel interstate when required.

What the role requires

  • National Criminal History Check (police check) - disclosable outcomes considered.
  • Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work.
  • Current Australian drivers licence.
  • Australian working rights.
