  • Classification: SCHADS Level 6 with a salary range Level 6: $106,487 - $111,209; per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation

About your new role

The Service Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager Operations to support the management and operation of HTH ARPS programs.

The role oversees day-to-day operations of the HTH ARPS programs in order for the service to run smoothly and remain focused on high quality services. The role manages and works alongside the administrative staff, intake, and clinical staff.

The role reports directly to the Senior Manager Operations and has responsibility for the management, maintenance, and development of all administrative and corporate support services on continuous improvement to meet the needs of the local communities being supported and provide high quality service.

Across the programs, the Service Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of administrative, project and partner staff management, data reporting and service financial management.

The Service Manager will engage and liaise with Neami corporate support services to ensure that the programs provide quality data and financial reporting to the relevant funders and will endeavour to see the programs achieve milestones as set out in the relevant service agreements.

To ensure success, the Service Manager will work closely with the Clinical Lead and will work to support referral pathways, identify gaps in service and work to build capacity to address identified gaps.

The Service Manager, will undertake a key role in supporting recruitment, training, onboarding, service development, including ongoing evaluation and review of service outcomes.

  • Leadership and Management skills, including experience in people leadership.
  • Proven high level of communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with clients, internal and external agencies, and community members
  • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A positive customer service attitude
  • Able to apply organisational policies and procedures
  • Analytical, budgeting skills and knowledge of relevant data bases
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • Ability to model appropriate, positive, and professional behaviour when representing the organisation
