ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Support Officer to join the team at our Child and Parent Centre (CPC) in East Waikiki. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and reception duties, working Monday to Friday, 60 hours a fortnight on Part-Time basis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting families attending the Centre and directing them to appropriate services/people as required.
  • Maintaining a welcoming physical and social environment for families arriving at the CPC.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CPC.
  • Managing all practical aspects of scheduling CPC activities e.g. crèche bookings

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a strong administration background together with the following:

  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in Human Services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Department of Education National Criminal History Check
  • Valid Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
