Adara Development is an international development organisation that has expertise in Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, and Remote Community Development. Adara Development has worked in Nepal and Uganda since 1998 and has touched the lives of more than 600,000 people living in poverty as well as countless others through their influence, networks and knowledge sharing.
As a key member of the Global Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving impact and knowledge sharing strategy across the organisation.
Leading the strategic oversight and execution of the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Learning (RMEL), Knowledge Sharing, Clinical Support, and Risk and Sustainability functions, you’ll drive evidence-based decision making to ensure continuous improvement and excellence across Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) and Remote Community Development (RCD) programmes.

You’re a visionary and influential leader with experience in programme management, and in research, measurement and evaluation methodologies formed within public health, international development, or a related field, ideally with a focus on MNCH or RCD programmes.
