LWB’s Child, Youth & Family portfolio (CYF) is a national service dedicated to improving outcomes for children, young people, and families. Committed to delivering better outcomes for those in their care, the national CYF team of 1500 staff support almost 5000 children and young people across their services. Within the Northern Territory the young people are supported in Residential care through circa 400 employees.
You will lead Operations Managers in the Northern Territory to support Child, Youth and Family multidisciplinary teams, ensuring out of home care services provide a culturally safe and supportive environment where young people can heal and grow, whilst working to expand LWB’s portfolio of CYF services within the NT region.
Specifically you will:
