We have an exciting opportunity for a Gender Equity Lead to join the Social Planning and Equity unit that sits within the Community Partnerships Department of the Communities Directorate. The position reports to the Coordinator Social Planning and Equity.
Working in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, Managers and the Human Resource Management team, the Gender Equity Lead strategically leads programs and practices that work towards achieving gender equality, the prevention of gender based violence and supporting LGBTIQA+ inclusion outcomes as an organisation and a community. The position undertakes high-level research and provides advice on plans and strategies while utilising strong project management skills.
Temporary full time position (parental leave cover) until July 2025 with salary package of between $115,379 to $128,854 total remuneration per annum that includes 11% super, annual leave loading and monthly RDO.
